Mr. Lalit Bhasin

  



  Mr. Lalit Bhasin is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He is a first class commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and has 2 decades of association with the Indian Capital Market. During this long association he has acquired complete expertise of the functioning and intricacies of the Securities and Investment market.

Mr. Kidar Nath Malhotra

  



  Mr. Malhotra has more than 4 decades of experience of the Insurance Industry and is the retired Chairman and Managing Director of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd.

Mr. Gulshan Rai

  



  Mr. Rai is a practicing Chartered Accountant having experience in the field of Financial Management, Management Control systems, Corporate Planning, Business Restructuring etc.

 

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mittal

  



  Mr. P.K. Mittal, Advocate is a leading Corporate Lawyer and Adviser and has among his clientele big and well known companies. Besides he is also the member on the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

 

Mr. Harbans Lal

  



  Mr. Harbans Lal is a retired banker having a vast experience of 36 years. During his career span he had the opportunity to handle well-diversified assignments at operational and senior administrative level in the banks.

Mr. Anil Goyal

  



  Mr. Goyal, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has more than 2 decades of experience in diverse fields of financial management, Corporate Restructuring, Taxation, Strategic Planning, Corporate and Legal matters.

Mr. J.M.L Suri

  



  Mr. Suri is the Whole Time Director (designated as Executive Director) of the Company. He is an Engineer by profession and has worked in a very senior position in a MNC before he joined the company. He brings with him tremendous expertise in the fields of the General and Corporate Administration.

Mr. Vijay Sood

  



  Mr. Sood is a Management Graduate from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and is also an Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He has also completed Advanced Management Programme from Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, USA. He had held senior and top positions in International Financial House/Banks like Hongkong Bank, WI Carr. He brings with him rich experience in funds management, investment banking and corporate finance. He was appointed as Additional Director and also as Managing Director of the company with effect from 30th April, 2007.
